The technology supporting this service is Nietech's patent-pending transaction and accounting platform — the Nietech Administrative System (NAS). NAS accepts and processes electronic payment transaction data from any payment source—cash, check, debit card, credit card, gift card and loyalty card. The system is capable of handling micro-investments and micropayments on behalf of financial institutions, businesses and consumers.

Nietech also provides patent pending plastic membership, discount and benefits cards that send transaction data over any credit authorization terminal with no software or hardware modifications required. These cards work over any terminal that accepts bankcards for payment.
